Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in adult care services, preferably with complex care requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, family members, and healthcare professionals.
  • PVG registration under the relevant scheme and full driving licence for regular travel.
  • Desirable: SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
