As a Care Assistant at HC-One, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. This includes assisting with daily tasks, promoting independence, and delivering care that addresses their unique needs.
You will work collaboratively with our Registered Nurses to create personalized care plans that meet the social and emotional requirements of our residents. This may involve engaging in activities, providing emotional support, and fostering positive relationships.
Safeguarding is a fundamental aspect of our culture, and we require all colleagues to receive comprehensive training. We value open communication and empower our staff to report concerns and make informed decisions.
Annual Salary: £24,000 - £30,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
