At West One Loans, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with intermediaries, promoting our products, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with introducers to achieve new business targets.
  2. Support Business Development Managers with mortgage and loan case management for broker partners and accounts.
  3. Identify and engage with potential new brokers for introductory business.
  4. Ensure accurate reporting and CRM system updates.
  5. Stay up-to-date on new products and features, and communicate these to intermediaries.
  6. Handle new business enquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  1. Previous sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
  2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
