Business Development Manager and Account Executive

At West One Loans, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with intermediaries, promoting our products, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve new business targets and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with BDMs to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and provide support as needed.
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a business development or account management role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques, with a focus on relationship building and customer engagement.
