Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated graduate to fill the Behaviour Autism Support position at our primary school in Lambeth. As a behaviour support specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with SEN and Mental Health.

Your Key Tasks:

  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies for supporting children with complex needs
  • Provide one-to-one support and small group interventions to engage students in the classroom
  • Ensure the smooth running of lessons and maintain a safe learning environment

Requirements:

  • A 2:1 or First-class degree from a reputable University
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships with students and colleagues
