Absentee Behaviour Support Role

Are you an ambitious graduate looking to launch your career in education? Do you have a passion for supporting learners with complex needs? We are recruiting a talented Behaviour Mentor to join our dynamic team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited in Waltham Forest.

About the Role:

This rewarding position involves working with a learner on a 1:1 basis, developing and implementing bespoke learning plans to promote positive behaviour and academic progress. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, using evidence-based strategies to manage challenging behaviour.

You will work closely with the learner's family, other professionals, and colleagues to ensure seamless support and coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and make a real difference in the lives of our learners.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £27,500.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with a strong educational background and experience working with learners with autism or similar conditions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and respond effectively to challenging situations.
