About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic IT Pre-Sales Solutions Director to join our team at Advanced Resource Managers Ltd in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead pre-sales activities, develop innovative solutions, and work with a global network of technologists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead pre-sales activity, distill customer needs into clear visions, and author creative content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and coordinated delivery plans.
  • Promote and develop pre-sales governance, best practices, and build senior-level networks.
  • Develop capability, optimize knowledge, and create quality content for reuse.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of technical delivery experience in complex projects within the UK Public Sector.
  • Sales or pre-sales experience, either in direct roles or as part of meeting management responsibilities.
  • Ability to build effective teams, recognize strengths and weaknesses, and establish growth environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of software development lifecycles and delivery of software products.
  • Experience with agile development methods and tooling.
