Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of product demonstrations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Act as a product representative to customers and at industry events such as conferences and seminars.
  • Address functional and technical aspects of Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and pricing inquiries.
  • Coordinate responses for technical integrations, including APIs and treasury systems, for key accounts.
  • Communicate customer needs to Product Management teams.
  • Stay informed about the product roadmap and understand how various features and functions solve business and technical challenges.
  • Keep updated on competitive landscapes and identify differentiators between our offerings and those of competitors.
  • Prepare for meetings and customise communications to meet the specific business needs of potential clients during the pre-sales process.
  • Provide market feedback to Product Management and Development, addressing any gaps between product capabilities and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to enhance internal messaging and drive business growth.
