About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee the allocation and execution of people resources to production areas based on organisational priorities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a specific interest in manufacturing.

The role involves owning relationships with cross-functional teams, identifying short, medium & long term resourcing needs, and establishing action plans to ensure that we train and engage with an agile workforce.

  • Responsibilities include overseeing manpower planning scenarios, analysing manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement, and engaging in ongoing training programs to build technical and leadership capabilities.
  • The successful candidate will also benchmark against other leading global manufacturing organisations to instil a culture of best practise and work alongside the SMT to drive through initiatives to ensure our manpower planning needs are met & enhanced.
