About the Position
We are looking for a highly skilled Human Resources Talent Partner to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition for our FMCG industry client.
Client Details
Our client is a leading player in the FMCG sector, recognised for their premium quality products and unrivalled customer service. They have an established presence in the market and are based in St Albans, offering a hybrid working policy.
- Main Responsibilities
- Manage talent pipelines and build relationships with potential candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and organisational policies related to recruitment.
- Participate in relevant HR projects.
Job Requirements
A successful Human Resources Talent Partner should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in using HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive yearly salary of approximately £45,000 - £55,000, commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package will also be provided, details of which will be confirmed during the interview process.
