Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager for Flexible Resourcing

This crucial role plays a pivotal part in shaping the firm's flexible legal resourcing platform, aiming to become the market leader.

Job DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, screening applications, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and reference screening. This role is vital in building the profile of Ashurst Reach and achieving our goal of being the market-leading flexible legal resourcing platform.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary/contract lawyers in the UK.
- Draft job descriptions, screen applications, schedule interviews, conduct interviews, and perform reference screenings.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within Ashurst to attract talent that aligns with high-demand areas.
- E nsure effective administration of internal candidate management and vacancy system.
- Discuss new opportunities, including commercials, with candidates and shortlist talent based on client requirements.
We seek an individual with proven end-to-end recruitment experience within the legal sector. The ideal candidate should possess advanced interviewing skills, with experience interviewing candidates from a legal background. Strong people, partnership, relationship management, and consulting skills are also essential. Additionally, the ability to think outside the box and adopt new search methodologies for analyzing and assessing talent is required.
Experience utilizing social media tools to develop employer brand and candidate sourcing techniques is highly valued. Proven ability to develop rapport and relationships with candidates to best serve and promote the firm's brand is essential. A strong attention to detail and focus on high-quality outputs are also necessary.
About YouAs a Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager, you will report directly to the Associate Director responsible for the operation of the UK business on a day-to-day basis. Your primary goal will be to secure top talent for Ashurst Reach and contribute to the firm's vision of becoming the market-leading flexible legal resourcing platform.
