Job Overview

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business performance through strategic talent acquisition and development initiatives. As a critical partner to associates, you will be responsible for developing tailored solutions to meet the company's strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage HR partnership with the EMEA team to drive business performance
  • Partner with other HR centers of excellence and business partners to align on initiatives
  • Develop key business metrics to inform strategic decisions
  • Responsible for associate relations, labor relations, talent development, performance management, retention, and compliance management
  • Provide guidance and coaching to associates at multiple levels of the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience
  • 7+ years of HR experience preferred (or related experience with managing people)
  • Successful track record in building and maintaining relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deliverables
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of human resources management systems a plus
