As an Internal Talent Lead, you will oversee candidate attraction, advertising strategies, and CV screening for our volume recruitment operations. Your creative and strategic approach will optimize our recruitment advertising and attract high-quality candidates. You will work closely with the consultant team to maximize advert responses, source top talent, and deliver fast turnarounds for client interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the talent pool, engaging potential candidates and expanding our pipeline.
  • Provide direction, support, and coaching to the delivery team.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Oversee the recruitment resourcing process from CV sourcing to interview scheduling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment processes and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous recruitment experience, either in-house, within an agency, or as a hiring manager.
  • Understanding of headhunting and talent pooling.
  • Experience working with ATS, CRM, or HR systems.
  • Creative and solutions-focused mindset.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000, depending on experience, plus a bonus structure offering up to £35k OTE.
