About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Glasgow or London, UK. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment activities across the business, collaborating with In-Country Talent Acquisition partners and the Head of TA UK to support recruiting requirements efficiently while delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for recruitment activity for IA&R in EMEA, understanding Business Line requirements to deliver recruitment plans for key talent in critical roles.
- Defines, develops, plans, and implements recruitment and attraction strategies, including DE&I initiatives, to engage and attract top talent.
- Develops strategic programs and partnerships to increase talent pools actively.
- Acts as a strategic recruitment advisor, collaborating with People and Business teams to align hiring strategy with business needs.
- Manages strategic, high-profile, confidential, and business-critical roles.
- Ensures recruitment requirements are fulfilled, building an effective and diverse talent pool.
- Works with managers to understand the internal talent pipeline and promotes opportunities across CBRE Business Lines.
- Ensures corporate and legal requirements are met and champions the Talent Resourcing Principles.
- Acts as a trusted advisor, developing in-depth knowledge of talent, competitors, and recruitment markets.
- Promotes CBRE employer brand initiatives to attract diverse talent and shares best practices across the TA team.
- Inputs into and develops Workforce Plans against current and future hiring demands.
- Provides weekly and monthly TA activity reports.
- Consults with stakeholders on TA metrics, providing relevant talent and market insights.
- Manages 3rd party TA suppliers and ensures effective external agency usage across Business Lines.
Person Specification/Requirements:
- Able to work in a matrix organization, prioritizing and effectively communicating with key stakeholders.
- Maintains a big-picture view across CBRE Business Lines while managing effective day-to-day delivery.
- Partners and participates actively across the TA team, ensuring sharing and implementation of best practices.
- Inspires confidence and trust as the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Engages stakeholders and customers at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrates high-level networking and relationship management skills.
- Exhibits excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
