Oakleaf Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Resourcing Coordinator to join their Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting managers across the business in resource allocation, building relationships to understand team capabilities, capacity, and experience to assign to projects effectively.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or administration, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting managers with resource allocation by developing strong relationships and understanding team capabilities, capacity, and experience.
  • Implementing a new tech platform and becoming an expert in the technology to support staff training as a subject matter expert.
  • Maintaining records of work allocation, utilization, and capacity for current and upcoming projects, identifying potential resourcing conflicts, and implementing solutions.
  • Coordinating annual leave requests to ensure matter coverage and attending relevant meetings and events.
  • Assisting in planning and allocating resources for future/pipeline matters.

About the Role:

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer hybrid working options and a competitive benefits package.
