Job Summary
A highly skilled Talent Development Manager is sought to join the Vinson and Elkins team in a full-time role. As an integral part of our international development function, you will play a key role in shaping the associate experience and driving firm-wide talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
As an International Associate Development Specialist, your primary focus will be on developing and implementing programs to enhance the skills and career growth of our associates. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and delivering training programs to support associate development
  • Coaching and mentoring associates to help them achieve their career goals
  • Collaborating with Practice Group Leaders and Talent/AD Operations teams to identify and address talent gaps
  • Fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the firm

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • a Bachelor's degree and six years of progressively responsible experience in a law firm or similar environment
  • substantial exposure to attorney development and/or professional development in a law firm
  • organizational development, career coaching, and diversity and inclusion skills
  • proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
