Talent Development Opportunities
This exciting new role offers a unique opportunity to make a real tangible impact within a purpose-driven environment. As a Learning & Development Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing employee development programmes to support the company succession plan for all levels of seniority, from frontline to senior management.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Analyse current knowledge levels within the business and implement development and training plans.
- Interview employees and perform skills assessments in line with the training requirements.
- Create relevant technical, soft skills and management training using innovative methods like AI.
- Deliver the organisational development agenda and manage the training and development initiatives across the organisation.
- Work closely with the wider Human Resources team to develop employee progression and development initiatives, such as mental health and wellbeing initiatives.
- Conduct both individual coaching and group training sessions.
- Monitor and measure the impact of employee development initiatives on performance and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with great negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities without compromising on quality.
- Commercially minded with a passion for continuous improvement.
- CIPD qualification in L&D and/or a coaching qualification.
- Broad understanding of mental health and DE&I and are able to support and coach in these areas.
Salary Range
£45,000 - £50,000 per annum
