Job Description:
Design and deliver high-quality training programmes that cater to the firm's needs. These programmes should focus on personal and business skills, including people management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and updating core programme courses, ensuring they remain engaging and informative for the audience. Additionally, the role involves delivering core programme courses and online webinars, managing projects, and coordinating external suppliers for legal skills training.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have at least three years of experience working in a professional services firm. Proven experience in delivering training programmes in a similar environment is desirable. You should possess strong organisational and prioritisation skills, as well as excellent communication skills.

Compensation:
This role comes with a competitive salary package of around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on your level of expertise.
