Role Overview

As a key member of the Universal Business Team, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This exciting new role offers the chance to shape and implement social media strategies, craft engaging email campaigns, and drive brand awareness for our fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest), creating and curating content that resonates with a B2B audience.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including images, videos, and written posts, to foster brand interaction and customer engagement.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and using A/B testing to optimise performance.
Write compelling copy, and design email templates that align with brand guidelines.
Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights to continually improve engagement.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in social media and email marketing.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an eye for design.
Analytical mindset and experience with social media and email marketing tools.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (desirable), or educated at degree level in any other field (essential).
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo).
Experience with product photography, WooCommerce, and WordPress is a plus.

What We Offer

Competitive salary range: £30,000 - £35,000 (negotiable DOE) + Bonus.
25 days holiday + bank holidays, free parking, refreshments, company celebrations, auto-enrolment pension, and flexible hybrid working after probation (4 days in the office, 1 day from home).
