We are seeking an experienced Customer Account Agent to join our Home Ownership team at Clarion Housing. This is a permanent position based in Norwich or London, with a salary of £30,021 - £34,770 per annum (Norwich) or £33,018 - £38,325 per annum (London). The successful candidate will work 36 hours per week.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment and has experience in providing high-quality support to customers. As a Customer Account Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information as necessary
