**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Cornerstone Talent Solutions. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with prospective clients in the US to generate business development success.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Schedule meetings with clients to understand their needs
* Work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads
* Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting
* Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Recently graduated from college
* 0 to 3 years of sales experience (B2B desirable)
* Strong communication and time management skills
**What We Offer**
* Fully remote work environment
* 24K GBP yearly basic salary + uncapped commissions, OTE 50K GBP (basic + full commissions)
* Growth opportunities
**Work Schedule**
* Comfortable working between 10 am - 8 pm or 11 am - 9 pm in UK time
