">We are recruiting for a highly skilled Dementia Care Services Manager to oversee and support the nursing team at our nursing home in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, UK.
">Estimated Salary:£60,000 per annum
">The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with a strong background in managing nursing homes, particularly those specializing in dementia care.
">The role involves developing and implementing care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
">Responsibilities:
">- Oversee and support the nursing team, ensuring a positive and collaborative environment.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
- Maintain the highest standards of health and safety, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Manage budgets, staffing levels, and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with residents' families, acting as a liaison to ensure their concerns and needs are addressed.
Requirements:
">- Must have previously managed a nursing home with 50+ beds.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active NMC Pin.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent understanding of dementia care and experience in managing dementia residents.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
