Role Overview

At Simply Connect Solutions Ltd., we run adventurous, nature-based residentials to give vulnerable young people a space to have fun and to feel invited and accepted. As a Group Project Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic range of truly incredible children, helping them broaden their horizons and build self-confidence, resilience, and trust in others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and delivery of residential programs
  • Work closely with a team to foster the empowerment of young people from underprivileged backgrounds
  • Help children discover their individual spirits through inclusivity and togetherness

What We Offer

As a Group Project Coordinator, you'll receive full safeguarding training, induction training with the team, and the opportunity to work with a diverse group of children. You'll also have the chance to develop your skills in counselling, managing people, negotiating, and organizing and planning.

Requirements

  • Ability to work with children from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Available in Multiple Locations

We run our residential programs throughout the Easter and Summer school holidays. Each program lasts 6 nights, 7 days, and volunteers are required to stay on-site for the duration.
