Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investment Group Support Coordinator to provide administrative support to our investment professionals. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of executive administrative experience and be able to adapt to the needs of their managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to 4-5 investment managers, rotating through different teams and investment units.
  • Use tools like Outlook, OneNote, Concur, and SharePoint to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate calendars across time zones, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Prepare documents for meetings, make travel arrangements, and contribute to ad hoc projects.
  • Take on a variety of projects and rotations across the organization after completing training and proving success in the role.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders and at least one executive.
  • Ability to adapt style to meet the needs of managers.
  • Collaborative, considerate, and thoughtful approach to work.
  • Curious, resourceful, and welcoming of new challenges and opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools and interested in learning new tools and enhancing processes.
