Project Administrator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to join our team at Shorterm Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and documenting projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

This role has an option to work either part-time or full-time. The successful candidate will be responsible for project coordination, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities. They will also be responsible for maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including contracts and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation/document controller, including contracts, schedules.
* Prepare and present regular project status reports to management.
* Provide administrative support to the project team, including meeting coordination, minute-taking, and document management.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in project administration/document controlling or a similar role, preferably in the electrical installation or construction industry.
* Knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

This is a contract position for a year, after which the successful candidate will have the opportunity to go direct with the client.
