Design Coordinator Role with GRAHAM Group

GRAHAM Group is seeking a Design Coordinator to join our dynamic Building Division in London / Southern England.
About the Role
We are looking for an individual with a degree in Architecture or Construction Management and some experience in design coordination.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of design activities across our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate design activities between architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all design work is aligned with project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Assist in managing the flow of design information and maintaining communication among all parties involved.
Documentation Management:
- Oversee the organization and distribution of project documentation.
- Ensure that all design documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to the project team.
Quality Control:
- Conduct reviews of design documents to ensure quality and compliance with project standards.
- Assist in identifying and resolving design-related issues.
Project Support:
- Provide support during the tender process by coordinating the preparation of design documentation.
- Assist in the development of design briefs and specifications.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including access to professional development opportunities, flexible working hours, and a supportive team environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Architecture or Construction Management.
- Some experience in design coordination or a related role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
