Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate design activities between architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Ensure all design work is aligned with project requirements, timelines, and budgets.

Assist in managing the flow of design information and maintaining communication among all parties involved.

Documentation Management:

Oversee the organization and distribution of project documentation.

Ensure that all design documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to the project team.

Quality Control:

Conduct reviews of design documents to ensure quality and compliance with project standards.

Assist in identifying and resolving design-related issues.

Project Support:

Provide support during the tender process by coordinating the preparation of design documentation.

Assist in the development of design briefs and specifications.

Site Coordination:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor the implementation of design solutions.

Coordinate with the site team to address any design-related queries or issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree in Architecture or Construction Management.

Some experience in design coordination or a related role.

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
