About The Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate to join our Design Team within our Building Division.

This junior role is ideal for a recent graduate with a degree in Architecture or Construction Management.

The successful candidate will support our design team and contribute to various stages of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Support:

Assist in the development and coordination of design proposals.

Support the design team in preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are practical and meet project requirements.

Project Documentation:

Help maintain project documentation, ensuring all design information is accurate and up-to-date.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other project-related documents.

Site Visits:

Conduct site visits to understand construction processes and gather relevant data.

Assist in monitoring the implementation of design solutions on site.

Technical Assistance:

Provide technical support to the design team during the construction phase.

Assist in resolving design-related issues and queries from the site team.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree in Architecture or Construction Management or similar.

Strong interest in construction and design.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
