Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with learning difficulties and disabilities to achieve their learning outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with experienced teachers and learning support staff in various curriculum areas.
  • Develop a professional rapport with students aged 16-24, promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development of students' skills and knowledge, from foundation level to adult access students.

Requirements:

  • Educated to level 4 (GCSE) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in education is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work towards deadlines.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
