Nurse - Children's Hospice

We are seeking an experienced Band 5 Nurse to join our dedicated care team at Rainbows Children's Hospice. As a key member of our clinical care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for children and young people in partnership with them and their families
- Provide symptom management, palliative, and end-of-life care in a family-centered environment
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified RSCN (Child Branch)/RNLD with post-registration experience working with children. You will also require experience with babies, children, and/or young people (0-25 years) with complex needs. Palliative care experience is desirable, but not essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to demonstrate high standards of clinical care are essential.
