About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Turning Point Scotland as a Service Coordinator, where no two days are the same.

  1. Be responsible for undertaking initial and ongoing assessments of people we support and overseeing team members to do the same.
  2. Provide informal and formal support, feedback, induction, engagement period reviews, appraisal, and supervision to staff.
  3. Devise, review, and update support plans, record events and observations, and keep appropriate records as required in the service, both directly and managing staff to do so.
  4. Provide leadership to staff to support people in accordance with their support plan, the principles of citizenship, and to maintain records correctly.
  5. Assist the service manager to prepare information and the service for inspections/audits or similar and contribute to these processes.

You will be working with an incredibly approachable management team, allowing you to expand on your existing knowledge while developing new skills.

Our services work in partnership with people to enable them to live as independently as possible, which includes maintaining their own homes, connecting with their local community, and building positive relationships.

We support people who have complex health needs, including learning disability, mental health, autism, and acquired brain injury.
