Job Description

In this Service Delivery Coordinator role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a commercial site in the Montrose area, working closely with a respected FM provider. As part of the Talent Solution Partners team, you will have opportunities to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact.

Main Tasks:
  1. Oversee budgeting and financial management, including service charge accounts and client reporting.
  2. Prioritise client satisfaction by meeting service level requirements and driving operational enhancements.
  3. Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering an environment where staff can thrive and meet the demands of the role.
  4. Closely collaborate with project managers to provide cohesive service delivery and meet client expectations.
  5. Dedicate to customer-centric approaches and continuous service quality improvement initiatives.
  6. Evaluate and adjust resource allocation and subcontractor management practices to uphold superior service standards.

The compensation package includes a competitive annual salary of approximately £47,000, demonstrating the company's dedication to rewarding its employees for their hard work and contributions.
