Job Description:

- To identify and support older people living in the Machars who have been isolated and experiencing wellbeing issues.
- To recruit, train and support volunteers to assist the delivery of support to older people
- To enable clients to live as independently as possible and experience a good quality of life.
- To develope and implement a qualitative assessment tool so the experience and outcomes for each client of the service can be fully demonstrated.
- To support and champion the overall objectives of The Riverside Centre.
- To coproduce with the older person an action plan that would reduce, or ideally overcome their wellbeing issues.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £18,964.40 per year
