Culinary Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Culinary Team Leader to join our team at Compass Group UK. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook delicious meals for our clients and customers
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of menu items
- Implement menu changes and improve food services
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
About You:
- 5 years' experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager
- City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
- Flexible approach to working and willing to work 40 weeks per year
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
