Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Culinary Team Lead to join our team at HMP Rye Hill in Rugby, UK. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in hospitality while cultivating your culinary career with a world-leading organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, working alongside enhanced inmates, and ensuring the smooth function of the unit. They will also be tasked with preparing basic quality foods within a set pre-ordered menu, maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen environment, and completing relevant paperwork and due diligence forms.

This is a full-time position offering £13.30 per hour, 37 hours per week, with a 3-on-3-off rolling shift pattern. Shifts range between 7am and 6pm, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. To be eligible for this role, candidates must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years, hold a legal right to work, and pass full security vetting and DBS checks. Previous supervisory skills, relevant culinary qualifications, and experience working in large-scale kitchens are essential requirements.
