About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team at Premier Christian Communications Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organisation and ensuring that we have the right people in place to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement HR Strategy

Lead the development and implementation of Premier's HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the organisation's priorities and goals. This will involve working closely with senior leaders to understand business needs and develop targeted HR initiatives to support business objectives.

Guide Executive Team and Senior Managers

Provide expert HR guidance and support to our executive team and senior managers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage their teams effectively. This will involve providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to support the growth and development of our leaders.

Resolve Conflicts and Employee Relations Concerns

Use your interpersonal expertise to resolve conflicts and employee relations concerns in a fair and timely manner. This will involve working closely with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and find solutions that benefit everyone.

Foster a Positive Work Environment

Exemplify our Christian ethos by fostering a work environment that reflects our values and promotes a positive and inclusive culture. This will involve working closely with our leadership team to develop and implement initiatives that support our values and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in HR, with experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, guiding executive teams and senior managers, and resolving conflicts and employee relations concerns. You will also need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
