Job RoleThe People Advisor will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration and advisory support on various HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and changes in terms. This role requires a proactive and motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support on HR processes such as holiday management, benefits, and salary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date people data within the HRIS system.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of HR processes and policies.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum is available for this role.
Requirements- Proven experience in managing employee relations cases.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and strong attention to detail.
