About the Opportunity

Lorien invites applications from experienced professionals for the role of People Management Leader. The successful candidate will lead the strategic thinking on workforce issues, develop effective people management strategies, and contribute to leadership decision-making. This role will be part of the Resources Directorate senior management team and will be responsible for developing and implementing the Workforce Strategy.

This position involves providing clear leadership on Workforce Strategy, directing organizational design, and leading all aspects of HR. The ideal candidate will have expertise in workforce planning, equality, diversity, and inclusion, as well as cultural change. They will also direct an integrated service operation for Customer Services, maximizing economies of scale, driving performance improvements, and ensuring customer fairness and understanding.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's workforce and contribute to its success. The estimated salary for this role is £63.15 per hour or £473.63 per day.
