Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Registered Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential service for young people. Key responsibilities include:

Registered Manager duties include:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the home
  • Staff supervision and management
  • Financial oversight
  • Maintaining high standards of care at all times
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • 2 Years management experience in young peoples services
  • A proven track record of achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted
  • Completion of the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management or ILM Level 5
  • Strong working knowledge of children's homes national minimum standards and the Children's Act 2010
