Job Title: Training Operations Specialist

About the Role:
Keltbray Infrastructure Services seeks a skilled Training Operations Specialist to join its Rail Business Unit. The successful candidate will be part of the Training team, responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance in Data Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfilling Sentinel Scheme Rules and RTAS rules requirements.
  • Forecasting training events for trainers and assessors.
  • Sending out booking forms and joining instructions for events.
  • Maintaining computerised and paper-based training systems.
  • Informing clients/internal line managers of learner results.
  • Collating and recording learner evaluation forms for NSAR requirements.
  • Organising trainer/assessor handouts and course material.
  • Making provisions for daily training enquiries.

Requirements:
  • Educated to GCSE standard.
  • Demonstrable good level of competency and knowledge of IT systems (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Broad knowledge of Network Rail Standards.
  • Awareness of safety, quality and environmental issues relevant to the rail industry.

Salary: £42,000 - £57,000 per annum.
