Are you an experienced Manufacturing Technician looking for a new challenge? Kinetic Plc has an exciting opportunity for a Production Operations Specialist to join its team in Crewe.

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled individual to lead our Manufacturing Team, providing expertise in process maintenance and operation, as well as quality control and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and operate production processes in a safe manner, escalating any issues that may affect safety within the given production area.
  2. Ensure adherence to relevant quality standards and support the implementation of quality improvement projects.
  3. Develop and implement solutions to safety, quality, and production problems.
Your Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A time served apprenticeship in an engineering function, with a minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification.
  2. Experience working within a mechanical environment, including the setting and operation of high-volume manufacturing plant and equipment.
