Keltbray Infrastructure Services Rail Business Unit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rail Industry Training Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing training programs, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

As a Training Specialist, you will work closely with trainers, assessors, and learners to deliver high-quality training experiences. You will analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs, including curriculum design and delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records
  • Ensure compliance with Sentinel Scheme Rules and RTAS regulations
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have experience working with IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office.
