We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator. This is a full-time opportunity based in the UK, offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

About the Role

The Training Coordinator will play a crucial part in ensuring accuracy and compliance in Data Management within the training team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administration of employee's training records, ensuring the Group Training System remains up-to-date, and collating and recording information.

This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to plan and organize tasks efficiently. Knowledge of Network Rail Standards, Sentinel Scheme Rules, and basic understanding of safety, quality, and environmental issues relevant to the rail industry are essential.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfilling the requirements of the Sentinel Scheme Rules and RTAS rules
  • Forecasting training events for trainers and assessors
  • Sending out booking forms and joining instructions for events
  • Maintaining computerized and paper-based training systems
  • Informing clients/internal line managers of learner results

**Requirements:**

  • Educated to GCSE standard
  • Good knowledge of IT systems, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
