Your focus will be on supporting the General Manager to maintain compliance with professional and statutory standards, while meeting commercial performance targets. You will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership and management to the staff team, ensuring that medication policies and procedures are adhered to, and monitoring the wellbeing of each resident.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of two years' experience working in a similar care environment, in a management position. You will require excellent leadership and management skills, the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and be competent in the use of IT systems.
You will also need to possess sound knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000, the key lines of enquiry, and safeguarding. As a flexible and adaptable individual, you will be able to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
