Care Home Deputy Manager Position

About the Role:
Avery Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Home Deputy Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in operating a compliant and effective person-centred care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing inspirational leadership and management to the staff team.
- Ensuring medication policies and procedures are adhered to and supporting with the reviewing of medication and administration.
- Monitoring the wellbeing of each resident and being aware of any changes impacting on care and care plans.
- Completing monthly audits, quality indicator reports, and other required reports.
- Attending weekly clinical meetings and monitoring clinical risk areas in the home.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience working in a similar care environment, in a management position, and possess excellent leadership and management skills.
