Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Clarity Telecom Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating leads. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong background in telesales or sales.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be working from our central Belfast office and will have a competitive salary package, including uncapped commission. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and 9am to 4pm on a Friday. You will be responsible for achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets, as well as developing and maintaining an accurate pipeline. Other key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, targeting accordingly, and updating CRM with correct information. Additionally, you will need to liaise with various departments within the business to maximize opportunities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent telephone manner and prior telesales/sales experience, preferably within the Telco market. Essential IT skills and CRM experience are also required. A team player with the ability to work on your own initiative is essential, as is a driven and competitive nature. A positive attitude is also crucial for success in this role.
