Job Summary: As a Dangerous Goods Compliance Manager at URENCO UK Ltd, you will be responsible for managing the transportation of dangerous goods and radioactive materials. This involves providing a DGSA, transport planning, and execution service for various operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Advise on operational and regulatory aspects of radioactive materials and dangerous goods transports to ensure full compliance with relevant regulations.
  2. Update company procedures and transport compliance matrices related to national and international radioactive materials transports.
  3. Agree and act as the main point of contact for transport proposals with external transport companies and other sites.
  4. Manage the use of equipment used in connection with the transport of dangerous goods.

Requirements:
  • Qualified as a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor.
  • Previous experience working within a highly regulated industry.
  • Recognised transport qualifications to consign radioactive materials and dangerous goods by road, sea, and air.
