In this Homelessness Prevention Officer role, you will be part of a dynamic team working in partnership with Pertemps Scotland and our public sector client to deliver critical services to individuals and families in need. Based in Edinburgh, this temporary ongoing position offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a difference in their community.

The ideal candidate will possess experience working in a housing or homeless service environment, with a strong focus on preventing homelessness. A full UK driving license is also required for this role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and managing revenue related to housing services
  • Communicating with clients to obtain necessary documentation for housing benefits
  • Providing administrative support through multiple channels, including phone, email, and online platforms
  • General administration duties, such as mail handling and processing service requests

**Essential Requirements:**
