Last year, we supported almost 4,000 individuals, helping prevent homelessness or separation from loved ones. Every person's story is unique, and we help without judgment.

  • Develop and review personalized support plans to address clients' needs and goals.
  • Foster life skills such as budgeting, home maintenance, and healthy living habits.
  • Assist clients in transitioning to permanent housing and achieving independence.
  • Provide expert advice on housing options, welfare benefits, and community resources.
  • Facilitate community engagement and social connections through organized activities.

As a Homelessness Support Specialist, you will work closely with our team to deliver holistic support services. We expect the post-holder to uphold and represent our organization's values and principles.

We're looking for an experienced professional who can demonstrate:

  • A passion for supporting vulnerable populations and addressing social determinants of health.
  • In-depth knowledge of housing and benefit systems, with experience in case management and advocacy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse client groups.
