Business Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Business Support Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will see you working in a fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering incoming telephone calls and responding to new inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the Office Head and the wider office have everything they need to succeed.
  • Refer clients to a wide range of services and complete the registration process.
  • Create mailers, property brochures, window cards, and pitching materials.
  • Conduct land registry title checks (training provided) and ensure compliance standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Previous office experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Property background would be desirable - full training will be provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication, verbally and written.
  • Competency using all MS packages.
